Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet started after payment.
• The client requests a cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
• Zfuence fails to deliver the service as described and agreed in writing.

Once editing or creative work has begun, refunds are not possible due to the time and resources invested.
